You can cancel or change your booking by phone or email. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are free. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 15% fee, and within 72 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee.
Please make sure the property is completely empty, with all furniture and rubbish removed. The property must have power and running hot water, and easy access should be provided at the agreed time.
We reserve the right to re-quote if the property is excessively dirty or rooms are significantly larger than standard. We'll let you know of any pricing changes before we start.
Yes, we offer professional carpet steam cleaning for all room types, including staircases, as an optional add-on. Please select this service when booking, as carpets (including staircases) will only be vaccumed for rooms included in your clean unless requested.
If we are delayed by more than 2 hours due to circumstances outside our control, we’ll offer up to 50% off the rescheduled service.
We don’t offer cash refunds once a service has been completed. However, if you’re not satisfied with our work and it falls within our guarantee, we’ll re-clean the affected area free of charge.

Yes, we may refuse to clean areas that pose safety risks to our staff, such as unstable structures or hazardous materials. We also won't clean areas with excessive clutter or biohazards, or those requiring specialised cleaning not covered by our service. Additionally, if access is restricted or if the area is outdoors and heavily weather-damaged, we may not be able to complete the clean.
